Every entry in the time log records the task, date, hours, rate, and which project and person it belongs to — and the totals roll up automatically. The project view turns that into estimated vs. actual time, a percentage, an on-time flag, and a running cost, so an over-budget project (like one sitting at 112%) jumps out immediately. A per-person view shows whether everyone is hitting their weekly hours and what they cost.

It's all built in Notion with the formulas already in place. Duplicate it, set your rates, and start logging — the numbers add themselves up.
